A creamy peanut sauce with authentic Thai chili and garlic flavors driven by Frank's sweet chili sauce and Sriracha.

  1. In a sauce pot over low heat melt peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add in sweet chili, coconut milk and sriracha. Whisk until well combined. Remove from heat and hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

Use it as a dipping sauce for dim sum or glaze for sate. Also can be a great dressing for noodle bowls.
