A summer time inspired mustard sauce featuring bold flavors from spicy brown mustard and fresh horseradish.

  1. In a sauce pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until lightly golden.
  2. Add beer and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and reduce by half.
  3. Add spicy brown mustard, honey, and horseradish. Whisk until blended. Remove from heat and cool. Hold refrigerated for service
