Scratch recipe for traditional creamy Caesar Dressing.

  1. In a blender combine yolks, Dijon, vinegar, anchovies, and garlic. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. With blender running, stream in oil slowly until mixture becomes very thick. Add lemon juice, worcestershire, and black pepper. Pulse to combine. Season with salt as needed.
  3. Transfer to bowl and fold in Parmesan cheese. Hold refrigerated until service.

Create a spicy version of this dressing by adding Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce in a 2:1 ratio of Caesar to Buffalo Sauce.

For a thicker sauce that could be used on pizzas use a 1:1 ratio.
