Jalapeno Avocado Ranch

Ranch lovers rejoice! We took some trendy and every day popular favorites, jalapeno and avocado and created a contemporary ranch that will make you taste buds dance!

Main Recipe | Serves 4
1 each avocado
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Onion Powder
1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Dill Weed
1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Tarragon Leaves
1/2 tsp Sea Salt Mediterranean Coarse Grind
1/4 tsp Jalapeno Pepper Ground
2 cups sour cream

Procedure

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth.
Remove from blender and let chill in refrigerator to meld flavors, about 15 minutes.

To add a kick to the ranch dressing already in your pantry, add 1 teaspoon McCormick® Culinary® Ground Jalapeño Pepper per cup of dressing
