This “mash-up” style recipe would also become more “west” by adding tequila and/or roasted cumin as a variation.


Add Frank’s® RedHot® Sriracha Sauce for a hotter variation.


Substitute Agave with honey.


To thin this glaze to become a marinade, add more pineapple.


A great glaze & BBQ sauce for ribs, chops, whole fish & shellfish and grilled chicken.
