A seasonal buttered corn dusted with OLD BAY® Seasoning.
- In a bowl combine butter, OLD BAY® Seasoning, and jalapenos. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold ambient for service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill corn until well charred on all sides.
- Brush grilled corn liberally with seasoned butter. Plate as desired and garnish with 1/4 teaspoon scallions and a sprinkle of OLD BAY®. Serve warm.
