A seasonal buttered corn dusted with OLD BAY® Seasoning.


  1. In a bowl combine butter, OLD BAY® Seasoning, and jalapenos. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold ambient for service.


  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill corn until well charred on all sides.
  2. Brush grilled corn liberally with seasoned butter. Plate as desired and garnish with 1/4 teaspoon scallions and a sprinkle of OLD BAY®. Serve warm.


Replace the butter in this recipe with mayonnaise, sour cream, and cojita cheese for a Chesapeake inspired elote.
