Ingredients
Serves 1
- 10 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup, plus more to garnish
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp McCormick Culinary ® Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning , plus more to garnish
- 2 tbsps Chocolate Corn Puff Cereal, Crushed
- 1 Churro, Prepared
- 1 Frozen Fudge Ice Cream Bar
- Whipped cream
Procedure
- Place ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder and Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning in blender container. Cover. Blend 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth.
- Drizzle inside of large glass with additional chocolate syrup. Pour milkshake into glass.
- Top milkshake with whipped cream and garnish with churro and fudge bar. Drizzle with additional chocolate syrup and top with crushed cereal. Sprinkle with additional Tamarind & Pasilla Chile Seasoning to serve.
Chef's Tip!
To rim glass with chocolate cereal, brush top edge of glass with canned chocolate frosting. Coarsely crush 1/4 cup of cereal and place on a plate. Roll top edge of glass in cereal to coat. Build milkshake as directed!
