10 pounds Pork Butt, 3" cubes
1 Cholula Smoky Chipotle Carnitas Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Procedure
Set oven to 350˚F. In a bowl, combine pork butt, Cholula Street Taco Smoky Chipotle Carnitas Seasoning Mix, and oil. Toss until evenly distributed.
Place pork on a parchment-lined sheet tray in a single layer. Roast, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
Remove pork from oven. Wrap sheet tray in foil and continue to roast until tender, about 1 hour and 45 minutes, or the internal temperature is at least 165˚F.
Remove from oven and allow pork to rest. Shred into thumb-size pieces.
Hold hot for service or refrigerate for later use. Use as desired.
