Rare seared tuna on a bed of Korean BBQ Hummus a top crunchy blue corn chips. Garnished with kiwi, pomegranate seeds and finished with a sesame pomegranate drizzle.

  1. Korean BBQ Hummus:Mix Cattlemen's® Kickin' Korean® BBQ Sauce and hummus. Yields 1 1/4 cups
  2. Sesame Pomegranate Drizzle:Mix Cattlemen's® Kickin' Korean® BBQ Sauce, pomegranate juice and dressing. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
  3. To Build Nachos:Top individual blue corn chips with 1 tsp. Korean BBQ Hummus. Top with seared rare Ahi tuna. Drizzle each with 1/4 tsp. Sesame Pomegranate Drizzle. Garnish with cilantro and black sesame seeds.
