In a bowl, combine ketchup, lemon juice, tequila, cilantro, chili lime, horseradish, Worcestershire, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well mixed. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
For each serving, in a bowl combine 3/4 cup chopped shrimp, 1/4 cup celery, 2 tablespoons scallions, and 2 ounces prepared cocktail sauce.
Place Bloody Maria Shrimp Cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with whole cilantro leaves as a garnish. Serve chilled.
