A bacon cheeseburger piled with crispy onions and drenched in Cattlemen's BBQ sauce.

Service

  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving season 1 patty with 1 teaspoon of hamburger seasoning. Grill to desired doneness, finish patty with 1 slice of cheese to melt. Toast bun.
  2. Place 1 lettuce leaf and two tomato slices on base of bun. Top with grilled burger, 1/4 cup crispy onions, and 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Finish with two slices of bacon and top bun. Serve hot.

CHEF’s TIP!

The use of French's Onions elevates the presentation and adds flavor and texture. For a spicy addition to any burger replace onions with French's crispy jalapenos.
