A unique Asian inspired dog with a fresh pickled slaw and a spread that's a creamy blend of French's® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard and mayonnaise with a good blast of sriracha heat. Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Sriracha Mustard | Serves 4 1/4 cup Frenchs Stone Ground Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Sriracha Seasoning Sriracha Mustard Hot Dog | Serves 4 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar, seasoned 2 tsps Sugar 1/2 cup Daikon, julienne 1/2 cup Carrot, julienne 1/3 cup Red Onion, julienne 4 each Hot Dog Buns, warmed 1/4 cup Sriracha Mustard 4 each Hot Dogs 4 tsps Cilantro Leaves Procedure Sriracha Mustard In a bowl, combine dijon mustard, mayonnaise and sriracha seasoning. Whisk until fully incorporated. Hold refrigerated for service. Prep In a bowl, combine rice vinegar and sugar. Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Add daikon, carrot and red onion. Toss until well coated. Hold refrigerated for service. Service For each serving, cook hot dog as desired. Spread 2 teaspoons sriracha mustard on the insides of a warm bun. Fill bun along both sides with 1/4 cup slaw.
