Salmon is glazed in a combination of butter, brown sugar, Bourbon and Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce.

  1. Melt butter and brown sugar. Add Bourbon and flame. Add Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce, mix well. Finish with squeeze of lemon.
  2. Grill salmon and baste with glaze.

Serve with a side of grilled asparagus or Brussel sprouts.
