Salmon is glazed in a combination of butter, brown sugar, Bourbon and Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce.


  1. In a sauce pan over medium high heat melt butter and brown sugar. When caramel forms add Bourbon and flame.
  2. Add BBQ Sauce, mix well. Finish with lemon juice. Hold warm for service.


  1. Set grill to medium high. For each serving, rub one portion salmon rub with 1 teaspoon each oil and seafood seasoning.
  2. Grill on each side, basting with the glaze, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve warm with additional glaze drizzled overtop.


Serve with a side of grilled asparagus or Brussels sprouts.
