Salmon is glazed in a combination of butter, brown sugar, Bourbon and Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce.
- In a sauce pan over medium high heat melt butter and brown sugar. When caramel forms add Bourbon and flame.
- Add BBQ Sauce, mix well. Finish with lemon juice. Hold warm for service.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, rub one portion salmon rub with 1 teaspoon each oil and seafood seasoning.
- Grill on each side, basting with the glaze, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve warm with additional glaze drizzled overtop.
Serve with a side of grilled asparagus or Brussels sprouts.
