Whole chicken breasts rubbed with the sweet-and-spicy flavors of McCormick Culinary® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and then grilled or broiled to perfection.

  1. Combine Caribbean jerk seasoning, thyme, onion powder, allspice, and orange juice in a small bowl to make a spice paste. Rub spice paste on both sides of chicken.
  2. Grill or broil over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  3. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
