A perfect taste of Maryland's seafood bounty made with OLD BAY® Seasoning.

Service

  1. In a stock pot, on high heat, combine water, beer, OLD BAY®, and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  2. For each serving, place 2 corn, 12 potato wedges, 2 onion wedges, 4 pieces cut sausage, and 1 lb shrimp in boiling water until shrimp reaches 145°F internal temperature. Remove from seasoned water and drain.
  3. Serve in a bowl, season with additional OLD BAY, and garnish with 1/4 cup scallions. Serve hot.
