French's® Worcestershire Sauce is combined with bourbon and the sweet flavors of apple to make a delicious marinade.

  1. In a blender combine Worcestershire, apples, cider, brown sugar, and bourbon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a sauce pot and add cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Cool completely.
  3. Use for prep or refrigerate until needed.
