A classic sun-dried pesto infused with Dijon mustard. 

  1. In a food processor combine sun-dried tomatoes, oil, basil, mustard, pine nuts, balsamic, garlic, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Process until well blended.
  2. Add parmesan cheese and pulse to incorporate. Hold refrigerated for service.

CHEF’s TIP!

Replace the pine nuts in this recipe with slivered or sliced almonds as an equal alternative.
