Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic® BBQ Sauce combined with onions, blueberries, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar.

  1. Sauté onions in butter. Add blueberries, crush and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Add brown sugar, balsamic and CATTLEMEN'S. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Cool and puree in a blender.

Try this recipe by substituting peaches, black berries or mango.


Consider using fruit jams or preserves in place of the fresh fruit and sugar.


Use fruited BBQ sauces as a base for fresh fruit BBQ chutney; For an orchard fruit BBQ Chutney add this sauce to diced apples, peaches, pears and berries and cook down slightly.
