Bourbon BBQ Chicken Glaze | McCormick For Chefs®

Cattlemen's® Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce combines with chicken stock to make a glaze.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
1 cup Chicken Stock
3 cups Cattlemen's ® Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce
3 tbsps Butter

Procedure

In a heavy bottom sauce pan reduce the chicken stock by half. Whisk in the BBQ sauce whisking to blend.
Mount sauce with butter and hold hot for service.

Chef's Tip!

This is a great finishing sauce to give meats the rich flavor of BBQ without all the work.
