This fragrant, fruity and totally unique seasoning blend is traditionally used to flavor Indian street snacks but can be used for so much more – like drinks, curries and salads.

Prep

  1. In a dry pan, over medium heat combine cumin, coriander, and fennel seed. Toast until fragrant. Cool completely and grind in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground toasted spices, amchur, mint, black salt, ginger, ajwan, and cayenne. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container.
