In a food processor combine dijon, honey, and mayonnaise. Process until blended.
In a sauce pot melt butter and slowly stream into dijon mixture. Blend until fully incorporated.
Hold refrigerated for service.

This compound butter can be wrapped in parchment, formed into a long, and sliced to use on steaks, chops, and burgers or piped as desired and used with bread service.
