A traditionally sweet but unique BBQ grilling glaze that's made of Cattlemen’s Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce blended with Frank's RedHot® Rajili® Sauce, pineapple and Chinese flavors.

  1. Mix all ingredients together, let sit a few hours to let flavors marry.

CHEF’s TIP!

Add additional soy sauce and/or pineapple juice to thin for a grilling marinate and basting sauce.


This glaze is ideal for tossing with value proteins like pulled pork and chicken thigh as well as grilling mild flavored proteins and vegetables.


For a spicier version add Sriracha.


Add rum and Jamaican Jerk seasoning to take this concept to the Caribbean islands.
