A traditional demi-glace melded with sautéed mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

  1. In a sauté pan over medium high heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté until lightly browned and tender.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, demi-glace, and lemon juice. Simmer until nappe. Hold hot for service or refrigerate until needed.

This sauce would be an excellent compliment to a grilled lamb chops, any steak, or a perfectly grilled burger!
