A kicked-up twist on classic guacamole starring all the usual suspects plus pineapple and the sweet heat of Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero.

Mango Habanero Guacamole | Serves 4
8 each Avocados, Ripe, Diced, Mashed
1 cup Red Onions, Chopped
1 cup Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1 1/2 cup Franks RedHot Mango Habanero Wings Sauce
1 cup Pineapple, Grilled, Diced
Garnish | Serves 4
1/4 cup Cilantro, Chopped
1 each Lime, Cut into Four Wedges
Procedure
Prep
Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados.
In a bowl, combine mashed avocadoes, tomatoes, red onions, lime juice and cilantro. Fold in pineapple chunks and Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Sauce until well incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap touching the guacamole to prevent oxidization.
Service
For each serving place guacamole in 8oz bowls and finish with a garnish of 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cilantro and a lime wedge per serving.
