- 1/2 cup Lump Crab Meat
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsps Small Batch Series ® OLD BAY Brown Butter
- 1 tsp Green Onions, Minced
- 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese, Shredded
- 2 to 3 tbsps Butter
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread
Procedure
Prep
- In a bowl combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, seasoning and green onions. Hold cold until service.
Service
- In a bowl combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, seasoning and green onions. Hold cold until service.
- Top two slices of sourdough bread with crab mixture, shredded gruyere and then another slice of sourdough bread.
- Sear sandwiches until golden brown, flip, repeat on other side.
- Remove from heat, let sandwiches sit for a minute or two before slicing in half and serving.
