Ingredients   
Servings    4   8   24   48   80   100    Tomato and Cucumber Salad | Serves 4  1 cup Red onion, chopped      1 1/4 tsps Salt, divided      2 cups Water     1/4 cup Lime juice, freshly squeezed      2 tbsps Extra-virgin olive oil     1 tbsp Honey     2 tsps  McCormick Culinary ® Garlic Powder       1/4 tsp  McCormick Culinary ® Black Pepper, Coarse Grind       2 cups Tomatoes, seeded, chopped      1 cup Cucumber, chopped      1/2 cup Carrot, grated      2 tbsps cilantro, fresh, picked, leaves only, chopped      Procedure  Mix onion, 1 teaspoon of the sea salt and water in medium bowl. Let soak 10 minutes. Drain well. Whisk lime juice, oil, honey, garlic powder, pepper and remaining 1/4 teaspoon sea salt in large bowl. Add drained onion, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot and cilantro; toss well.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Chef's Tip!
