BBQ Butter | Serves 4
3 cups Butter, softened
1 1/2 cups cattlemens sweet and bold bbq sauce

Procedure

BBQ Butter

Place softened butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat with paddle attachment on medium until butter is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add BBQ sauce. Beat on medium until fully incorporated. Hold refrigerated for service.

Chef's Tip!

This BBQ Butter is ideal for the Sweet & Bold BBQ Buttermilk Fried Chicken Biscuit or use it as a dip for fried chicken, other fried appetizers and even as a butter for bread service.
