A sweet and tangy compound butter featuring Stubb's® Sticky Sweet Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce

3 cups Butter, unsalted, softened
1 1/2 cups Sticky Sweet Legendary BarBQ Sauce

Place softened butter in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat with a paddle attachment on medium until butter is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add Stubb's® Sticky Sweet Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce. Beat on medium until fully incorporated. Hold refrigerated for service.
Chef's Tip!
If you're having difficulty fully incorporating the ingredients, add a tablespoon or two of hot water to help emulsification process. Is also great on grilled vegetables!
