Buffalo Pico de Gallo

A fresh pico de gallo that’s laced with Frank's RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce for the perfect combination of heat and aged cayenne pepper flavor.

Ingredients

Serves 1 quart
3 cups Plum Tomatoes, seeded, 1/4" dice
1 cup Red Onion, 1/8" dice
1/2 cup Franks ® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
6 tbsp Poblano Pepper, minced
3 tbsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Lime Juice, fresh

Procedure

1. In a bowl combine diced tomatoes, red onion, Buffalo wings sauce, poblano, garlic, and lime juice. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed. Hold refrigerated for service.
