Sherry Dijon steak sauce combines French's® Dijon Mustard, sherry vinegar, olive oil, honey, horseradish, French's® Worcestershire Sauce, garlic pepper seasoning and smoked paprika and served over grilled steak skewers.
- To prepare sherry Dijon steak sauce: combine Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar, olive oil, honey, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic pepper seasoning and smoked paprika in saucepan and whisk to blend. Simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Keep warm.
- To prepare steak skewers: Thread 4 steak chunks (4 oz.), 4 bell pepper chunks and 3 red onion chunks on 1 skewer. Repeat with remaining skewers. Brush steak skewers lightly with olive oil; cover and refrigerate to hold.
- To prepare each serving: grill 2 steak skewers over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness, turning frequently. Arrange skewers on plate with 1/4 cup sherry Dijon steak sauce portioned in a ramekin.
Serve with chicken, pork or hearty white fish skewers.
Thread skewers with meat and add vegetables such as; onions, green peppers, mushrooms or tomatoes.
