Blend Cattlemen's® Carolina Tangy Gold™ BBQ Sauce, Frank’s® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and Apple Cider Vinegar and toss with wings.

  1. Blend ingredients. Toss 1/3 cup sauce with 12 cooked wings.

CHEF’s TIP!

A mild wing can be achieved by simply reducing the Frank’s or heat it up with additional Frank’s.


This glaze is also perfect on smoked pulled pork shoulder or roasted chopped chicken thigh meat.


For a seasonal and local approach, use a local apple orchard cider in the fall.
