These unique and premium "Cadillac" Nachos are loaded with tender juicy shredded beef chuck that's braised in Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce.
- Pre-heat conventional oven to 425°F.
- Dissolve pepper in hot water. Add Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic™ BBQ Sauce. Combine with beef.
- For each order, lay 10 chips on a baking dish. Cover each one with 1 rounded tsp. of beef. Top all with 1/3 cup shredded cheese. Bake for 3-4 minutes until meat is hot and cheese is melted.
- Plate nachos and sprinkle with 1/4 cup corn salsa, drizzle with 2 tsp. of Avocado Crema.
