Eggs Benedict becomes exciting with the spicy addition of French's Dijon and roasted green chili salsa blended with hollandaise.

Green Chili Hollandaise

  1. In a bowl whisk green chiles and mustard into hollandaise. Hold warm until service.

Service

  1. For each serving, toast one English muffin.
  2. Top each muffin half with 1 slice Canadian Bacon, 1 poached egg and 1 ounces of the Chili Mustard Hollandaise. Serve warm.
