A juicy grilled little burgers with melted American cheese are topped with vibrant, crunchy and zesty relish of French’s® Classic Yellow Mustard, finely diced dill pickles and red onion.

  1. For Purple Onion Relish: Combine red onion, dill pickle and French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard. Hold refrigerated for service. Yields 2-1/2 cups.
  2. To Build Sliders: Top buns with patties, cheese, and 2 Tbsp. Purple Onion Relish. Garnish with lettuce and tomato. Serve.

CHEF’s TIP!

For speed-scratch options consider using a quality prepared dill pickle relish and fully prepared chopped onions.


This relish also translates well to hot dogs and trendy boutique sausages.


For a slightly upscale option consider the addition of finely chopped fennel.
