A soft burger bun is loaded with juicy Pulled Pork that’s tossed in a blend of Cattlemen’s® Tangy Carolina Gold BBQ™ Sauce. Top this decadent meat with mild cheddar, creamy coleslaw and dill pickle chips.

  1. Carolina Pulled Pork: Combine Cattlemen's and juice. Toss with pork.
  2. To Build Sandwich: Top bottom of bun with 5 oz. pork, cheese, slaw and pickles. Close with top bun. Serve immediately.

CHEF’s TIP!

This pork blend also makes a great quesadilla, Panini, burrito or chimichurri.


Try this pork mixture on a pizza with shredded cheddar, then garnish with slaw and pickles.


For a little heat or tartness replace some or all of the apple juice with apple cider vinegar and Frank’s RedHot.
