A Cuban sandwich loaded with smoked ham, juicy shaved pork, Swiss cheese, dill pickle, French's® Yellow Mustard, and crispy potato sticks.

Service

  1. Set panini press to medium high. For each serving, spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on one side and 1 tablespoon of mustard on the other side of the bolillo.
  2. Add 3 ounces ham, 2 ounces pull pork, 2 tablespoons potato sticks, 2 slices swiss cheese, and 3 slices dill pickles. Place in panini press and close, grilling until cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from press and cut in half. Serve hot.

CHEF’s TIP!

French's® Crispy Jalapenos make a great substitute for the potato sticks.

Don’t have a panini press? Use a griddle with a hot steak weight to create the same effect.
