Recipe Details

A garlic butter with added flavor and heat from Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.

  1. Place butter in mixer on medium speed and whip until fluffy.
  2. Add Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, garlic powder, parsley and salt. Whip until well incorporated.
  3. Hold at room temperature for service, or cover and refrigerate until needed.

CHEF’s TIP!

This compound butter can be wrapped in parchment, formed into a long, and sliced to use on steaks, chops, and burgers or piped as desired and used with bread service.
