Set griddle to medium high. For each serving, spread 2 teaspoons softened Frank's Garlic Butter on inside of one hoagie roll and toast. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil on griddle. Sear 4 ounces shaved steak with 1/2 cup each peppers and onion. Season with salt & pepper. Finish with 2 tablespoons of Buffalo wing sauce.
Top with two slices of provolone cheese and heat until melted. Scrape cheese covered steak mixture off griddle and onto base of hoagie roll. Drizzle with extra buffalo wings sauce. Serve hot.
CHEF’s TIP!
This sandwich could also be made with chicken or grilled eggplant as an alternative to beef.
