Cattlemen’s® Chipotle BBQ Sauce adds smoky, tangy heat while the Cattlemen’s® Chili Lime Rub brings a nice acidity to this delicious compound butter for grilled corn on the cob.
- In a bowl, combine butter, Chile Lime Rub, and Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Whisk until well blended. Set aside.
- Set grill to medium high. For each serving, grill 2 ears of corn, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred. Remove from grill.
- Brush liberally with butter, roughly 2 tablespoons. Plate as desired, serve warm.
Makes a great compound butter for your proteins, sweet potatoes and choice vegetable sides.
