Cattlemen's Chipotle BBQ Sauce adds smoky, tangy heat while the Cattlemen's Chile Lime Rub brings a nice acidity to this delicious compound butter for grilled corn on the cob.

 

For the Butter:

  1. Mix butter, Cattlemen's Chile Lime Rub and Cattlemen's Chipotle BBQ Sauce in small bowl until well blended. Set aside.

For the Grilled Corn:

  1. Remove husks and silk strands from corn.
  2. Grill corn over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.

For Serving:

  1. Spread butter mixture over corn. Serve immediately.
