For the Smoky Honey Buffalo Sauce

  1. In a small sauce pot over medium heat, combine Frank’s RedHot® Original Sauce, honey, butter, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook, stirring, until butter has melted and sauce is well combined.

For the Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat fryer to 350F. Fry brussel sprouts until golden brown, about 3-5 min.
  2. Drain on a rack and then transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with sauce and toss until brussel sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Serve as is or with desired dipping sauce.
