- 2 pounds Chicken Wings, Bone-In, Separated
- 1/2 cup Cattlemens Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Prep
- Heat smoker to 250 to 275°F. Smoke wings until internal temperature reaches 175°F, about 45 minutes.
- Transfer wings to the sear side of smoker or grill, turning occasionally until lightly charred. Hold hot.
Service
- In a bowl, toss wings with BBQ Sauce. Serve hot with extra BBQ Sauce and desired accompaniments on the side.
