Mix the seasoning, lime juice, vegetable oil, olive oil, water, agave nectar, and red pepper in a medium bowl. Toss the chicken in the mixture to cover evenly.
Grill chicken wings over medium-high heat 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Toss chicken wings with mojito lime sauce before serving.
For the Sauce:
Mix together the agave nectar, lime juice, cilantro, and mint.
