2 pounds chicken wings, (bone-in)
4 tbsps Sriracha Wings Seasoning Mix
Oil, for frying
Procedure
Cook wings fully to an internal temperature of 165ºF. Immediately after cooking, toss wings with 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of wings.
For a saucy wing, combine the 2 tablespoons of seasoning with 2 tablespoons of hot water and toss with wings.
Chef's Tip!
Add two tablespoons of this Lawry's® Wings & Things Sriracha Seasoning Mix to one cup of mayonnaise for a tangy, spicy, and sweet dipping sauce or spread.
