This sipping sour is great to sip on its own or used as a mixer for light, refreshing cocktails.
Ingredients Servings 4 8 24 48 80 100 Measurements | Serves 4 1 quart Distilled Water 2 cups Blueberries, Organic, Crushed 1 cup Groundcherry (optional), peeled, crushed 1 cup Fennel Bulb, thinnly sliced 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Honey 1/2 tsp Lavender 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt 1/2 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Fennel Seed Procedure In a pot over medium-high heat combine water, blueberries, groundcherries (if using), fennel, vinegar, honey, lavender, salt, and fennel seed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Sour can be strained at this point or held with fruit and strained for service. Hold refrigerated until needed. CHEFís TIP!
