- 4 oz Kombucha
- 1 tsp McCormick Culinary ® Moroccan Seasoning
Moroccan Spiced Kombucha | Serves 4
- As Needed Ice
- 4 oz Infused Kombucha
- 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh
Procedure
Infused Kombucha- In a container, combine kombucha and seasoning. Infuse refrigerated overnight.
- Strain, and hold refrigerated for service.
Service- Fill cocktail shaker with ice, 4 ounces kombucha, 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass, and serve immediately.
Chef's Tip!
Add beet juice for a more savory drink experience.
