When life hands you lemons, make a classic, lemon iced tea!

- 8 bags Black Tea
- 1 quart Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Extract
- 12 eaches Lemon Slices, for garnish
Procedure
- Boil water and steep tea for 3-4 minutes, then cool down in an ice bath until room temperature.
- Add lemon extract and keep refrigerated until use.
- Serve with 3 lemon slices.
Chef's Tip!
For fuller flavor tea, make an additional batch of lemon iced tea and freeze in cubes and add to poured tea.
