- Set griddle to medium high. For each serving, scramble 2 eggs and warm tortilla on griddle.
- Cover center of tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese, 2 slices bacon and scrambled eggs. Top with 2 tablespoons Buffalo wings sauce.
- Roll tortilla from bottom, fold in the sides and roll tightly. Serve hot.
Chef's Tip!
This burrito can be wrapped in paper and served as a to-go item.
Also great with crumbled breakfast sausage, pulled pork, shredded roasted chicken thigh or any leftover smoked meats.
