Rich and creamy, with tender lobster tail meal throughout, this lobster risotto is spiked with the nutty, buttery taste of OLD BAY® Brown Butter Seasoning in every bite.

- 2 tbsps Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup White Onion, Minced
- 1 cup Arborio Rice
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 4 cups Seafood Stock
- 5 oz Lobster Tail Meat
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 3 tbsps Butter, Unsalted
- 1 tbsp Small Batch Series ® OLD BAY® Brown Butter
- 1 tbsp Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
Procedure
Service
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in large saucepan. Add onion, sweat until translucent. Add in rice and toast for 1 to 2 minutes. Add in white wine and let reduce. Gradually add in stock, 1 cup at a time, cooking until rice becomes al dente. Add in lobster tail meat with final cup of stock, sautéing until lobster meat is cooked through.
- Finish risotto with grated Parmesan, butter and Old Bay Brown Butter Seasoning. Top with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
