2 tbsps Japanese-Style Mayonnaise, such as Kewpie®
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in small bowl. Hold for service.
Service
Place salmon, skin side down, on parchment-lined sheet pan. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over salmon. Sprinkle Furikake Seasoning evenly over mayonnaise mixture.
Bake at 400°F, 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve immediately with hot cooked white rice.
