Serves 1 pizza
- 1 Pizza Base, 12-inches, Par-baked
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Cattlemens Alabama White BBQ Sauce
- 6 oz Grilled Chicken , Shredded or Sliced
- 4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 3 oz Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
- 1/3 cup Red Onions, Sliced Thin
Procedure
Set oven to 400°F. Roll out pizza dough to about 12-inch circle. Spread pizza dough with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border along edges. Cover with chicken, jack cheese, bacon and onions.
